If you list, we agree on a marketing plan sized to your property — photography, online listings, signage, social, database. Priced clearly upfront, no hidden charges.

Inspections & offers

Inspections scheduled to suit you, with weekly written feedback on enquiries and viewer numbers. Every offer presented in writing — including the ones I don't recommend.

Negotiation & settlement

I run the negotiation, talk you through every counter-offer, and stay engaged through cooling-off, finance, building & pest, and contract signing. All the way to settlement.
